The Linkshell has officially become an End game Linkshell, we finally took that step forward.


Basic Rules & Guidelines

Events will be MANDATORY if you want to lot.
Do not take all the items in the LS bank **
If you plan to resell a craft provided by our crafters, you must let them know before you ask to have the item made.
Linkshell Members are expected to act like adults and treat each other with respect and courtesy.
Racist, homophobic, and sexist comments (including the use of slurs) or discriminatory behavior are grounds for immediate dismissal from the Linkshell.
Help out! We’re all in this together, and we expect everyone to help in positive ways.
Check the egos, there's only so much room for this before it becomes a problem.
Respect the decisions of the leadership. If in a particular situation you don’t agree with a decision made, we offer multiple ways for you to voice our opinion, but please keep it out of Linkshell chat!
Above all else, we have a zero tolerance policy for drama. if you have a personal issue with another member, conduct your discussion privately by tells. If the issue can not be resolved, you may then request for a sack to assist in mediating the conflict. An inability to handle these manners in the proper way will be met with dismissal.

How will the dismissal work?


Leader and sackholders will dismiss members based off of different criteria:
Linkshell members will be dismissed after a total of three warnings are given by any sack holders or linkshell leader.
Leader and sackholders reserve the right to dismiss any member at their discretion for excessive/extreme violations of Linkshell rules.

I wanna come back, what to do?

Members who leave are placed on a list that detail how they left and why.
Depending on if you leave on 'good terms' or 'bad terms' we will decide if you are allowed back into the linkshell.
Leaving on good terms where you can be re-invited:
• Giving notice to any of the sacks about leaving
Leaving on bad terms where you can't be re-invited:
• Leaving with any warnings
• Causing a huge 'scene' while leaving, or being a key player in Linkshell drama
• Leaving multiple times from the LS.

How do Warning Policy work?

• Sackholders will issue warnings to Linkshell members for breaking the rules. The warnings are issued to maintain order in the Linkshell and to keep it fun for everyone.
• Warnings will be clearly given to the member via /tell.
• Warnings can 'fall off' after a set amount of time as decided by the Linkshell leader and sacks. If a warning can fall off, it will be decided on by the situation and severity.

I am having a problem, what to do?

• If you have any problems within the Linkshell, with its conducts, rules, regulations and/or restrictions please contact a Sack or Linkshell leader for mediation.
• If you observe Linkshell members breaking the rules through Linkshell chat, and there is a Sackholder online, simply send them a /tell.
• No matter if an individual is perceived to be friends with a Sackholder or in good standing with the LS leader, we encourage you to let us know the incidents that need to be addressed. All concerns/situations will be fairly evaluated and reviewed without bias.
